Beth is a Park Hill mom that loves the game of lacrosse and is thrilled to be coaching. Both her daughters, Addie and Sadie, play for Electra’s Lacrosse. Beth played field hockey way-back-when in college and had the pleasure of taking her DIII field hockey team on their first trip to Nationals as head coach. Beth is a US Lacrosse Level 1 certified coach.
During the day, Beth works for a national education social impact organization and can be found running around town with her dogs. Both of Beth's daughters, Sadie and Addie, are members of the Electras Lacrosse community.

Lucy Diaz
Head Coach
Lacrosse was the first organized sport Lucy tried, but (shockingly) her high school in New England didn’t have a team so she turned her interests elsewhere. She was an All-State field hockey, basketball and track & field athlete, holding multiple school records on both the field hockey field and the track for Hamilton-Wenham High School. She also played in the USA Field Hockey Olympic Development program prior to to college.
Lucy went on to play field hockey for UMASS AMherst and graduated in 2001 with a BBA in Marketing. As a student athlete on the D1 Field Hockey team, Lucy earned accolades as an All-American, Academic-All American and All-Conference, and was a 2-year team captain. During her career, the Minutewomen won four A-10 Championships and appeared in four NCAA tournaments including 2 trips to the Elite Eight.
Post college, Lucy turned her passion for sports into a professional career and has worked for some of the top Endurance Sports organizations in the world. She currently runs an all-women’s professional bike race here in Colorado and also coaches youth basketball in addition to the Electras.
And as a lifelong athlete, she never stops moving and can be found running up and down the sideline getting her team pumped up for their games! But most importantly, she is mom to Bella (11) and Cristiano (8) and trains hard daily just to make sure she can keep up with them for years to come!
