US Lacrosse Membership is mandatory for insurance purposes

Steps for obtaining US Lacrosse membership for insurance purposes ($30). Membership is to be renewed annually.

1.     Click Here or Look up number now if you already are a US Lacrosse member
2.     Enter your daughter’s information.
3.     It will say record not found, scroll down and hit “Click here to Register”
4.     @ Step 3: select “1 year membership”.
5.     @ Step 4: Enter “Stapleton Electras or Electras” for team affiliation (should pop up)

Lacrosse Stick
Protective Eyewear - Lacrosse goggles or helmet
Mouth guard
