U9-U14 Mandatory Parent Meeting on Monday 27th at 6:30pm at the MCA Community Room

Teams compete in the Colorado Girls Lacrosse Association "CGLA" League
Please register by January 14th; otherwise you are not guaranteed a uniform or specific sizes; Registration closes on February 1st for all competitive and elite teams. Late registration is based on current participation and not guaranteed.
U12 Elite Program (typically 6th grade)
*Participants must be committed to 2, 1.5 hr. practice per week and weekend games starting in April. Unexcused absences from practice or games could result in being reassigned to the competitive or developmental program. Lacrosse MUST take precedence over all other activities other than family and religious commitments.
Dates: March 7th-Memorial Day Weekend
Practice Schedule: Tuesdays and Fridays
Coaches: Brooklyn Batey and Justin Silverstein
Cost: $285 + $30 US Lacrosse Membership (uniform included)
Equipment: Lacrosse stick, protective eyewear and mouth guard.
Description: The U12 program will focus on the fundamentals and basic team concepts of lacrosse. These basic fundamentals include ground balls, stick protection and cradling, passing, catching, and shooting. The basic team concepts include team defense, team attack, full-field transition and the draw control. U12 will compete in the Gold division this year. Games will be full field (12v12) and will include modified checking. The program will emphasize the importance of teamwork, leadership, and competitive play. Fees include CGLA team fees, field rentals, coaching stipends, team uniform, team equipment and administrative fees.

The Electras will be working with the McAuliffe Lacrosse Program in efforts to eliminate any practice or game conflicts. Our ultimate goal is to have a platform for any interested middle school girl to participate in both programs and to prepare for high school lacrosse if interested!!!
