Cost: $75 + $30 US Lacrosse Membership
Equipment: Lacrosse stick, protective eyewear and mouth guard. *we will have sticks and goggles available at each session
Description: The Kindergarten Cadets program will be the perfect introduction to lacrosse. We will cover the basic fundamentals include ground balls, cradling, passing and shooting. We will often be using indoor, softer balls to reduce the risk of injury and all equipment will be provided if needed except mouth guard. Hopefully, this brief 4 week program will provide excitement to start the Little Generals program next fall.
