Coach J graduated cum laude from James Madison University in 2000 with a degree in psychology and a minor in coaching. As a student-athlete, Coach J was a two-time All-American and All-CAA defender in 1999 and 2000, as well as being named an Academic All-American. During her career at JMU, the Dukes appeared in four NCAA tournaments, including a trip to the Final Four in 2000. Coach J was a captain for the Dukes and named to the NCAA All-tournament Team in 2000. In 2010, Coach J was named to the CAA Silver Anniversary Team.
Coach J's passion for coaching started in 2000 when she was an assistant women's lacrosse coach at Virginia Tech (2000-2002). She continued her career as a collegiate assistant coach at North Carolina (2003-05) and later at The University of Denver (2011-12). Before heading west, Coach J was a head coach for the Capitals Lacrosse Club, an Athletic Director at The Academy of the Holy Cross(2008-09) and the Assistant Athletic Director and head girl’s lacrosse coach at The Holton-Arms School (2005-08).
Coach J is currently the Assistant Director of Admissions at Regis Jesuit High School and resides in Central Park with her husband, Eric and two children, Michael and Amelia.

Originally from Minnesota, Megan moved out to Denver to attend the University of Denver. Layne Voorhees
Class of 2023, 8th Grade Head Coach
Layne, a native of Alexandria, VA graduated from St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School in 2013 where she played lacrosse, tennis and basketball. As a midfielder, she earned all-state honors her senior season. She then went on to play four years at the University of Denver graduating in June of 2017
Transitioning from midfield to defense, Layne was a four year starter for Denver. She was a Second Team All-MPSF selection as a freshman and was a two-time First Team All-MPSF member as a sophomore and junior prior to Denver’s transition to the BIG EAST for 2017 where she was a unanimous All-BIG EAST first-team selection. Layne was awarded team MVP after her junior and senior seasons. Her senior season, she was voted a captain, led the conference in caused turnovers (39), caused turnovers per game (2.44), and was fourth in ground balls per game (2.50). She was a selection for the IWLCA First Team All-West/Midwest Region. She also became the fourth pioneer in school history to record 100 caused turnovers over the course of her career.
Layne now works in Commercial Real Estate as an analyst for CBRE.

Justin is a Stapleton dad that loves playing and coaching lacrosse. He played high school lacrosse at Heritage High school and then played at the University of Colorado. He continues to play in old man leagues in Denver. Both of his kids, Cooper and Chloe, play lacrosse and Chloe is an Electra. Justin has coached the current 8th grade girls team over the past few years and helped coach the McAuliffe boys program in 2018. Justin is a US Lacrosse level 1 certified coach and currently serves as the treasurer of the Colorado Girls Lacrosse Association.
During the day Justin works for a small consulting firm that helps states and school districts across the country understand how to best fund K-12 education. When he isn't standing on a lacrosse field coaching or watching his kids play, he can be found in the mountains skiing or biking.

Amanda played competitive lacrosse growing up in Massachusetts and her high school team won the State Championships. She was selected from girls across New England to attend Harvard Women's Lacrosse Coach - Carol Kleinfelder's Lacrosse Camp and played on the DU Women's Lacrosse team while She was at DU (1990-1994).
Amanda has a passion for teaching Electras lacrosse and wants to pass on a solid foundation of what she learned from the game, as well as expose young players to the life lessons and experiences one gets from playing a competitive, team sport. Amanda resides in Stapleton with her husband and 2 daughters.

Hayley Reddish
Class of 2025, 6th Grade Head Coach
Hayley graduated from The College of William and Mary in 2010 with a double major in Public Policy and Environmental Science. While at William and Mary, Hayley played club lacrosse and also led the lacrosse and field hockey programs at a residential summer camp in Vermont.
In high school, Hayley was a four year varsity starter at McLean High School in McLean, VA. She earned all-district honors starting her sophomore year and all-region honors her junior and senior years. She was a two year captain. In addition to lacrosse, Hayley also played field hockey and was a member of the swim team.
Hayley moved to Denver in 2011 and to work as a middle and elementary school teacher. She completed her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction with the University of Colorado Denver and now works for an education policy nonprofit. She continues to play lacrosse with a local league and also enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, and fishing.

She was named to the 2006-2007 ECAC East All-Academic team for Ice Hockey her senior year. During Jen's lacrosse career she played several different positions, including midfield, attack and goalie.
Jen is originally from Connecticut and attended The Kingswood-Oxford School. She moved to Denver from the East Coast 2 years ago and currently works for a cycling apparel company. Jen is an assistant coach for the Colorado Selects Girls Hockey U-12 White team. Jen is an active volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and supporter of Bike & Build. In her free time, Jen enjoys playing both ice hockey and lacrosse in adult leagues and embraces the outdoor lifestyle Denver and the mountains have to offer.

Beth is a Park Hill mom that loves the game of lacrosse and is thrilled to be coaching. Both her daughters, Addie and Sadie, play for Electra’s Lacrosse. Beth played field hockey way-back-when in college and had the pleasure of taking her DIII field hockey team on their first trip to Nationals as head coach. Beth is a US Lacrosse Level 1 certified coach.
During the day, Beth works for a national education social impact organization and can be found running around town with her dogs.
