2023 Winter Intenstive Lacrosse Program
Electras Winter Intensive, Grades 4th-8th
Dates: January 10th-February 7th
Days: Tuesdays
Time: 6:00-7:00pm
Location: Swigert International School Gymnasium, 3480 Syracuse St, Denver, CO 80238
Ages: Grades 4th-8th
Cost: $125
Coaches: Amanda Meyer and Liv Meyer
Requirements: Participants must be a US Lacrosse member
Equipment: stick, goggles, mouth guard, athletic attire, and rubber soled shoes
Winter Program Structure
The goal of the winter intensive program is to close gaps, enhance Lax IQ, and to prepare current or prospective players for the Electras Lacrosse Spring Season. This will be done through a fun and educational approach. The program will contain skills, conditioning, and “Lacrosse 101 curriculum”.
