FALL BALL DETAILS
3rd-4th Grade Program
Description: The 3rd and 4th grade program will focus on the fundamentals and basic team concepts of lacrosse. These basic fundamentals include ground balls, stick protection and cradling, passing, catching, and shooting. The basic team concepts include team defense, team attack, full-field transition and the draw control. The program will emphasize the importance of teamwork, leadership, and competitive play. The goal is to build from last spring's first competitive season and to get ready for spring competition.
Days: Tues/Th
Dates: September 7 - October 12
Times: 4:30-5:30pm (time may adjust later in the season as it gets slightly darker in October)
Location: Beeler and 25th Greenway in Central Park
Coach: Caroline Sayre and Megan O'Brien
Cost: $175 + US Lacrosse membership fee for new lacrosse players ($30)
Equipment: Stick, goggles or helmet, and mouth guard

Description: This program is perfect for those who are familiar with the game of lacrosse, have started to develop their stick work, and who have had at least one season of game experience. All programs will focus on the fundamentals. These basic fundamentals include ground balls, stick protection and cradling, passing, catching, and shooting. The goal for fall lacrosse is to meet girls where they are so we can elevate them and prepare them for success during the spring season.

Middle School Performance Training Program
Description: Our goal is to provide an opportunity for the players in our program to stay connected this fall through performance training! We are piloting this program to help enhance our player's performance, endurance, and to help with injury prevention. Get ready to learn more about the terrain of the Central Park neighborhood!!!
Days: Wednesdays
Dates: September 6 - October 18
Times: 4:30-5:30 pm (time may adjust later in the season as it gets slightly darker in October)
Location: Central Park (meeting at far east pond and picnic shelter at Beeler & MLK Blvd)
Coach: Lucy Diaz

Beginner and Developmental Programs
Little Generals Program, Beginners - Grades 1 & 2
Description: The Little Generals program will focus on the fundamentals of lacrosse. These basic fundamentals include ground balls, stick protection and cradling, passing, catching and shooting. Throughout the season, competitive play will increase to 3v3 situations. This program will emphasize the importance of teamwork, self-esteem and having fun.

This program will emphasize the importance of teamwork, self-esteem and having fun.
