Shin Guards
Mouth Guards
*Field Hockey sticks will be provided
Cost:
$150 + US Lacrosse membership fee for new participants

1:15-2:00 - Lacrosse Skills (shooting, dodging, & stickwork)
2:00-2:15 - Lacrosse Games
2:15-2:30 - BREAK
2:45-3:45 - Field Hockey Skills
3:45-4:00 - Field Hockey Games
